We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup of fixtures, attractive product displays, and well-stocked shelves in a range of high street retailers on behalf of iconic household name brands.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety guidance.
- Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
- Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your own initiative to find solutions.
- Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
- Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits.
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
