We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at eXPD8. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective display and presentation of products in-store, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Implement merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety procedures.
- Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards.
- Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car (desirable).
