Index Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Index Solutions Analyst to join our team at Legal & General Resources Limited. As a key member of our Index Solutions team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and maintenance of our custom indices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of LGIM's custom indices, including index holdings and key performance drivers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on index-related queries.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including presentations and RFP content, to support client engagement and business development.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop thought leadership content and materials relevant to our index proposition.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our core product information, including external and internal collateral.
  • Effectively communicate complex analysis and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders, including clients with varying levels of sophistication.
  • Stay up-to-date with current market trends and economic issues from an index and benchmark perspective.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in reviewing or evaluating index strategies, with a strong understanding of how to evaluate an index.
  • Strong investment and financial market knowledge, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent VBA, Excel, and data analysis skills, with the ability to work with various data sets and tools.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to take ownership of day-to-day work and collaborate with various parts of the index team.
