Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with their care and well-being, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
  • Prepare equipment and supplies for patient tests and procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff, using clear and respectful language.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the department, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and adhering to infection control policies.
  • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of new procedures.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or patient-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in electronic patient records and other healthcare software.
