Service Desk Coordinator Job Description

Lynx Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Service Desk Coordinator to join their team. As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, colleagues, and third-party vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Utilize ticketing and logistics systems to track and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts
