About the Role

Avetta is a leading provider of supply chain risk management solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Onboarding Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee campaign launches to drive desired outcomes.
  • Work with internal teams to create smooth transitions from Client Conversion Manager to Client Success Manager post-launch, targeting new business during launch.
  • Generate and manage all campaign reporting to meet client Service Level Agreements, driving efficiency and quality for customers.
  • Responsible for customer escalations and reporting updates.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Account Managers, and participate in on-site visits as needed.
  • Set expectations with clients and encourage two-way communication to create a partnership, establishing Avetta as an expert in our field.
  • Assist the Sales Enablement and Renewal (SER) campaign team with campaign outreach as needed.
  • Disseminate critical client-specific information to internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Sales management and B2B and B2C sales or account executive experience.
  • High energy, high passion level, determination, and perseverance.
  • Comfort level with working with and committing to aggressive goals.
  • Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
  • Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
  • 2+ years of CRM experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products.

Preferred Education, Training, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
