Job Title: Client Onboarding Manager

Job Summary:

A motivated and results-driven Client Onboarding Manager is needed to lead efficient and successful onboarding campaigns. This role involves working directly with client users, internal project managers, and supplier sales reps. We're looking for self-starters who are resourceful and have demonstrated discipline in their academic and professional pursuits. If you live within 30 miles of an Avetta office, this role is hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee campaign launches using best practices to drive desired outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to create smooth transitions from CCM to CSM post-launch, targeting new business during launch.
  3. Generate and manage campaign reporting to meet client SLAs, driving efficiency and quality for customers.
  4. Handle customer escalations and reporting updates.
  5. Work alongside CSMs and AMs, with on-site presence as needed.
  6. Set expectations with clients and encourage two-way communication to establish a partnership while showcasing Avetta's expertise.
  7. Assist the SER campaign team with campaign outreach if needed.
  8. Disseminate critical client-specific information to internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Sales management and B2B and B2C sales or account executive experience.
  • High energy, passion, determination, and perseverance.
  • Comfort level with working with and committing to aggressive goals.
  • Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
  • Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
  • 2+ years of CRM (Salesforce.com) experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products.

Preferred Education, Training, and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years sales and management experience in a Software/Cloud Company.
  • 3+ years of project Management experience.
