Deputy Clubhouse Manager

Hampton Court Palace Golf Club, a prestigious golf club in Kingston, is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Clubhouse Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our clubhouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Clubhouse Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the clubhouse, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
- Supervise and train staff to deliver excellent service, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized clubhouse, ensuring a welcoming environment for members and guests.
- Support the Clubhouse Manager in planning and executing special events and promotions, driving revenue growth and member engagement.
- Address member and guest concerns, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a clubhouse or hotel setting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
