Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored surveys focused on niche subjects and target demographics.
  • Generate comprehensive reports based on survey findings for client presentations.
  • Manage complex survey requests while accommodating specific client needs and preferences.
  • Foster and maintain strong collaborative relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in market research and survey development, particularly with online survey tools.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with team members in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, client-focused environment.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple survey projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks according to client urgency and importance.
  • Knowledge across various industry sectors, including but not limited to: Healthcare, Technology, Business Services, Consumer Goods, and Energy.
  • Demonstrated research capabilities with experience in questionnaire and survey design/programming using platforms like Decipher and Qualtrics.
  • Skills in analyzing data and communicating survey outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with statistical methodologies.
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including strong organizational abilities.
  • Proven track record of thriving in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in English for business communication.
