Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Warrington and Lymm. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely
  • Overseeing medication and providing medical support
  • Assisting with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Running errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
