We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Wellbeing Assistant to join our team. As a Wellbeing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities and well-being of our residents. This is a full-time position with a 35-hour contract and a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities and events for residents, promoting social interaction and engagement
  • Support the kitchen team with meal preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality food and excellent presentation
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
