We are seeking a passionate and skilled Commis Chef to join our team at Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie
  • Learn the basics of cooking and kitchen operations
  • Develop skills and knowledge in food preparation and presentation
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality food and service
