Position Overview Construction Project Coordinator - Sisk Group

In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for overseeing essential client and supplier partnerships, ensuring effective Project Execution, and collaborating with HSEQS teams to maintain compliance with both internal and external standards, as well as managing Resource Allocation for personnel and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborating closely with the Regional Director, Assistant Project Coordinator, Quantity Surveyor, and Engineering team Facilitating the implementation of the BIM strategy by managing relationships with both direct and indirect personnel, including consultants Tracking and ensuring the completion of project phases in accordance with the Project Execution Plan, budget, and providing monthly progress reports. Promoting high-quality project delivery in alignment with HSEQ standards and sustainability initiatives Required Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, with a proven track record of working alongside subcontractors and direct staff, as well as successfully delivering on multiple construction projects across various sectors. Demonstrated experience in managing critical stakeholder relationships, including client engagement, supplier negotiations, personnel management, and supply chain coordination. Strong communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and experience in preparing and presenting key project information.
