About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Krinvest Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and individuality are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide mobility and food assistance as required.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe living environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve required standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and empathetic.
  • Patient, caring, and respectful.
  • Reliable, flexible, and punctual.
  • Able to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to your role and professional development.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work on your own initiative.
  • Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training from the outset.
