About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience stores, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and coordinate store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase store profitability.
  • Collaborate with other store managers and the wider Sainsbury's team to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
