We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Chief Examiner to join our team at the University of the Arts London. As a Chief Examiner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our music performance and production qualifications.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a music expert to contribute to the design, development, delivery, and assessment of our qualifications. You will work closely with our Associate Dean of Academic Standards and a team of Chief Examiners to provide expert advice, subject knowledge, and academic input.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on music performance and production qualifications
- Contribute to the design and development of new qualifications
- Assess and moderate music performance and production assessments
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the quality and integrity of our qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in music or an equivalent professional qualification
- Extensive knowledge of music performance and production
- Experience in assessment and moderation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
