Junior Paraplanner Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Paraplanner to join our team at Burgh Recruitment Ltd. As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors in providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate client information and product research to prepare suitability letters, illustrations, and reports for client meetings.
  • Manage cases to completion and work with internal processing systems, receiving full training on relevant IT systems.
  • Provide technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients.
  • Liaise with colleagues and third parties to achieve deadlines and progress client requests within specific timescales.
  • Ensure that all business obtained is processed compliantly at all times.
Requirements:
  • Confident, numerate, and IT proficient individual with a 'can-do' working style.
  • Experience in a similar role within an IFA or Wealth Management environment, with a Level 4 DipPFS qualification or significant industry experience.
  • Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality when dealing with client information.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
