We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Paraplanner to join our team at Burgh Recruitment Ltd (Financial Services). As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors in providing exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our wealth management business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate client information and product research to support financial advisors in providing tailored solutions to clients.
- Prepare suitability letters, illustrations, and reports for client meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage cases to completion, working closely with internal processing systems and colleagues to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide high-level technical and administrative support to financial advisors, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Liaise with colleagues and third parties to achieve deadlines and progress client requests within specific timescales.
- Ensure that all business obtained is processed compliantly, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a financial services or wealth management environment, preferably with a Level 4 DipPFS qualification or working towards it.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and third parties.
- Proficiency in IT systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
