Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Paraplanner to join our team at Burgh Recruitment Ltd (Financial Services). As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning team in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Collate client information and conduct product research to prepare suitability letters, illustrations, and reports for client meetings.
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems and update client Confidential Financial Review records as required.
- Manage cases to completion and work with internal processing systems, with full training provided on relevant IT systems.
- Provide high-level technical and administrative support while maintaining excellent customer service to clients.
- Liaise with colleagues and third parties to achieve deadlines and progress client requests within specific timescales.
- Produce well-thought-out and meaningful documentation that demonstrates attention to detail and understanding of client needs.
- Ensure business obtained is processed compliantly at all times.
- Confident, numerate, IT proficient, and professional individual with a 'can-do' working style.
- Experience in financial services, ideally within a St. James's Place Partner Practice, or significant industry experience to develop further.
- Working towards the Level 4 DipPFS qualification or equivalent, with study and exam support available if needed.
- Experience with administration of Inheritance Tax, Pensions, Protection, and Investment products.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize workload, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Confident in dealing with third parties and working with total discretion.
