Senior Cost Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our growing Healthcare team in Cambridge. Our team is expanding nationwide, delivering significant projects and programmes, including the International Children's Eye Centre at Moorfields and the Alder Hey in the Park Children's Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end service delivery on major healthcare projects and programmes.
- Optimise cost performance using our bespoke tools and apps.
- Collaborate with design teams, sector specialists, and main contractors to manage design to budget.
- Analyse and test budgets using our Benchmarking app.
- Improve collaboration with designers and highlight changes between design versions using CostX.
- Inform clients of future cost trends using our Market Rates App.
- Advise clients on procurement and contract strategies.
- Deliver procurement strategies using our eTender platform.
- Deal with post-contract cost variances, change control, and valuations.
- Present monthly post-contract cost control reports.
We utilise market-leading digital Cost Management technology to create value and achieve the best solutions for our clients. We work collaboratively with our clients to be innovative and lead change in the market.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Demonstrable experience delivering cost management services in healthcare or life sciences.
- Full membership or working towards RICS, ACostE, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Practical knowledge of NEC forms of contract beneficial.
