We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care role is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced care environment
