Live Connected is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our innovative Supported Living service. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we provide exceptional care and support to adults, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our service. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding leadership and management to our team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop new services that align with our strategic growth objectives.
  • Creating a positive and therapeutic environment, effectively managing any disciplinary or grievance issues that may arise.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards, striving for excellence in all areas of service delivery.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of both staff and clients, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Promoting the values and mission of the Live Connected brand.
  • Continuously improving operational processes to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recruiting and training high-quality support staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Supporting service users in their journey towards independence, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure consistent delivery of quality care.
  • Managing scheduling effectively to ensure that care is delivered as planned, with regular audits and checks.
  • Conducting thorough care assessments and risk evaluations to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Utilizing technology to streamline operations and enhance communication with clients and their families.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and providing accurate reports to senior management.
  • Ensuring that administrative processes comply with regulatory requirements and facilitate efficient service delivery.
  • Performing additional duties as required to support the growth of the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A current or in-progress NVQ Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care.
  • Proven experience in the care industry, particularly in roles involving regulatory inspections.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to personal transport.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Domiciliary Care sector.

Key Skills:

  • Strong determination and ambition to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in computer systems, particularly MS Office, with strong report writing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, willing to participate in an on-call system.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A strategic thinker who can effectively communicate improvements to the team.
