About the Role

QLM Search is partnering with a high-profile, global business that is renowned for its pioneering approach to innovation and customer excellence. The company is undergoing an exciting evolution, and to support this, the role of VP Innovation Development has been created.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Executive Committee and HR Senior Leadership Team to provide guidance and thought leadership on areas such as Culture development, Talent, Learning and Development, and Diversity.
  • Develop and implement a Performance cycle that is tailored to the leadership population, followed by colleagues across the entire organization.
  • Support the business in delivering its end-to-end strategy, including the development of a stronger performance-focused mindset at all levels across the organization.
  • Lead large-scale OD projects from conception to implementation, ensuring effective budget management.
Requirements

You will be able to demonstrate a natural flair for leading large-scale OD projects, with a proven track record of delivering results. A strong understanding of business strategy and operations is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
