About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Collections Team Leader. As a key member of our Branch Management Team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a productive and engaged team of Service Delivery Drivers to ensure the efficient allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site.
  • Use your customer service expertise and talent for motivating others to inspire the team and drive results.
  • Take ownership of the allocation and utilisation of the fleet, ensuring the right vehicles are delivered to the right customers at the right time.
  • Work closely with the Branch Management Team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
