Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • Engaging with a worldwide customer base to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Overseeing the Customer Service reporting suite to guarantee accurate and timely reporting across various markets.
  • Managing data by executing queries within our ERP system to assist team members as needed.
  • Facilitating the order-to-cash process by supporting teams in placing manual customer and business sample orders during peak periods.
  • Assisting the Customer Service Lead in preparing for client meetings by creating presentations and sourcing relevant data.

Candidate Profile:
To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Up to one year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
