Operations Administrator

Perfect Sense Energy are looking for an Operations Administrator to come into our business and hit the ground running.
Established in 2010, Perfect Sense Energy operates a highly successful business model which is growing rapidly and offering and ever-expanding array of sustainable energy solutions and associated services. In short, we help businesses to Buy Better, Use Less and Generate their own energy.
We are looking for a highly ethical individual who is organised and driven and can lend themselves best to supporting our business and being a team player to help everyone push forward. Working within a sustainable energy market has seen a massive growth and continues to do that in the fight to get to being carbon neutral.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Operations Delivery & Feasibility Team with a variety of administration tasks to include:
- Booking, managing, and off hiring all site set up equipment - Scaffolding, Skips, Powered Access Equipment.
- Placing orders for specified equipment and coordinating deliveries to installation sites
- Ensuring all H&S requirements are submitted.
- Collate Document Packs throughout project lifecycle.
- General admin tasks as and when needed.
Skills Required
**Essential**
- Previous experience in an Operations admin/support/coordinator role
- Have excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and other team members.
- Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Ability to deal with conflict in a constructive way.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and computer literate
- Attention to detail.
**Desirable**
- Knowledge of DNO (Distribution Network Operator) administration.
- Knowledge of Renewable Energy /Solar PV.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting environmentally responsible practices.

The package on offer will include.
- 22K-27K FTE Depending on Experience
- 25 -30 Hours (salary pro-rated)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
