**ABOUT YOU**:
- Previous experience in an administration role is beneficial but not required.
- Good IT literacy skills, especially Excel and the Microsoft system.
- Ability to critique and improve activities through continuous improvement and innovation.
- Attention to detail in numeration and literacy.
- Highly energised mind-set with willingness and desire to learn and adapt individually.
- Good team player but also can work unaided on your own.
- Likes to continue learning and willing to cross train in other areas.
An great opportunity has arisen for a Document Control Administrator role within the Outsourcing team, who will also support administration within the General testing lab. The role will be based in Leigh. This is a permanent, full time role.
**Key Activities**
- Managing the mailbox and maintaining replies within set KPIs.
- Issuing quotations and tracking status to support the department.
- Create and distribute standard reports using specialist software
- Updating and managing invoice and accounting documents
- Support in typing reports for clients across departments.
- Updating quality reports for multiple clients.
- Accounts Payable support
