Our Client, a global manufacturer, now has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Leigh.

**Purpose of the role**:
To provide assistance and support to UK customers and Sales Managers. This job involves taking and processing orders, responding to inquiries or complaints, arranging transport (import/export), invoicing and stock processing.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Order handling and invoicing for internal and external customers
- Contact with transport companies - Imports/Exports/UK. Including booking of pallet dispatches on an external transport portal
- Process of domestic purchase orders
- Supporting the sales team as required
- Process of customer orders in our ERP system, send out order confirmations, keep customers updated during order processing, check payment status if applicable, send out invoicing and any other documentation as required
- Ensuring customer records are kept up to date with accurate details
- Assisting other team members as necessary
- Filing documents
- Processing Goods Receipts
- Stock Control
- Any other administration tasks as required

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in similar position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administration skills, previous order processing experience would be beneficial
- Highly organised and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
