Exciting opportunity for a Site Operations Coordinator at a dynamic flower production facility.
This position offers a strong possibility of transitioning from temporary to permanent employment for the right individual.
The hourly wage is set at £12.30.
This is a full-time position with a 4 days on, 4 days off work schedule, and there may be opportunities for additional overtime, though it is not mandatory. Please note that shift patterns may be adjusted based on operational needs.
The working hours are 05:30am - 06:00pm.
Complimentary transportation is provided from nearby locations.
Your Responsibilities
As a Site Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Managing the sign-in process for employees at the start of their shifts.
- Efficiently fulfilling daily staffing requirements in accordance with client orders (scheduling candidates for work each day).
- Handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Processing payroll on a daily and weekly basis.
- Addressing any employee inquiries, including those related to pay, promptly and effectively.
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as change requests and tracking absences.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining secure records for auditing purposes.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Site Operations Coordinator role will possess the ability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities.
A customer-focused approach is essential, with a commitment to prioritizing the needs of individuals.
While experience in the recruitment sector is preferred, it is not a prerequisite as comprehensive training will be provided.
Experience in a similar capacity is advantageous but not mandatory.
