About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Site Senior Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading our Site teams, and providing strategic clinical leadership to ensure effective delivery of operations across the Capacity and Flow Corporate Business Unit (CBU).

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior professional, operational, and strategic clinical leadership to the site operations team, leading and developing this team to support 24/7 patient placement across the organisation. You will work closely with the Site Management and other divisional teams to ensure effective delivery of operations, and will be responsible for supporting the Long Length of Stay reduction processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant Masters degree or First degree and management qualification, MBA or equivalent experience in a similar role. You will also need to be a Health Care Professional with relevant professional registration, and have evidence of continuous professional development. Additionally, you will need to have substantial recent general management experience in the NHS with responsibility for operational matters, including staff management, budgetary responsibility, performance targets, waiting list management, and discharge arrangements.
