Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of valeters to ensure efficient and effective vehicle preparation
  • Conduct regular quality checks on new and used vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Organize and coordinate daily duties on site to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Develop and implement processes to improve vehicle preparation quality and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly in vehicle valeting or a related field
  • Full valid driving license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
