About The Role

At EKFB, we're shaping the future of infrastructure. As a ProjectWise Administrator, you'll be part of our Information Management Team, based in Milton Keynes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the project CAD element of our Common Data Environment (CDE). You'll work closely with the CAD Manager to ensure that supply chain organizations are onboarded and upskilled to work on the EKFB CAD CDE, in accordance with our standards and HS2 requirements.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of Bentley software requirements, including license use and allocation, to meet project guidelines. Additionally, you'll administer ProjectWise, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide advice and support to internal and external stakeholders. You'll also develop, update, or maintain interfaces between project, client, and third-party systems.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the IM, Compliance, and Document Control teams to ensure best practices are maintained.
  • Supporting the Information Management and Information Technology team in delivering system-related improvement projects.
  • Testing, implementing, and supporting project upgrades and developments.
  • Managing and supporting data migrations to client systems.
  • Developing and executing routine reports to monitor data on project activity.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and approving documents detailing system processes and guidelines.
  • Contributing to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of the ProjectWise Common Data Environment system.
About You
  • Previous experience using ProjectWise Administrator for configuration and application support of projects.
  • Previous experience using ProjectWise Workflow Rules Engine.
  • Ability to develop and use PowerShell scripting as required.
  • Understanding of SQL.
  • Experience with CAD software applications and tools.
