At EKFB, we're shaping the future of infrastructure. As a ProjectWise Administrator, you'll be part of our Information Management Team, responsible for managing the project CAD element of our Common Data Environment (CDE).
Key Responsibilities- Configure and manage ProjectWise to ensure seamless data management and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer.
- Provide technical support and training to supply chain organizations to ensure they're equipped to work with our CDE.
- Collaborate with the IM and Compliance teams to ensure best practices are maintained and adhered to.
- Support the development and implementation of system-related improvement projects.
- Test, implement, and support project upgrades and developments.
- Manage and support data migrations to client systems.
- Develop and execute routine reports to monitor data on project activity.
- Draft, review, and approve documents detailing system processes and guidelines.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the ProjectWise CDE system.
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced ProjectWise Administrator to join our team. If you have a strong background in data management, configuration, and technical support, we'd love to hear from you.
- Previous experience with ProjectWise Administrator for configuration and application support of projects.
- Previous experience with ProjectWise Workflow Rules Engine.
- Ability to develop and use PowerShell scripting as required.
- Understanding of SQL.
- Experience with CAD software applications and tools.
