Carmichael UK is seeking an experienced ProjectWise Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our Information Management and Information Technology (IM) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering system-related improvement projects and ensuring the consistent and compliant use of ProjectWise CDE.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain best practice and ensure seamless integration with project, client, and third-party systems.
- Develop, update, or maintain interfaces between project, client, and third-party systems to enhance data management and workflow efficiency.
- Support the IM team in delivering system-related improvement projects, including testing, implementing, and supporting project upgrades and developments.
- Manage and support data migrations to client systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and execute routine reports to monitor project activity and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Draft, review, and approve documents detailing system processes and guidelines to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the ProjectWise Common Data Environment system.
- Ensure project/divisional CDEs adhere to client requirements in line with BS-1192/ISO 19650 principles.
We are looking for a skilled ProjectWise Administrator with:
- Previous experience using ProjectWise Administrator for configuration and application support of projects.
- Previous experience using ProjectWise Workflow Rules Engine.
- Ability to develop and use PowerShell scripting as required.
- Understanding of SQL.
- Experience with CAD software applications and tools.
