Parts Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts distribution process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the accounting department with financial spreadsheet analysis and purchase ledger invoices
  • Process freight dispatch and system updates
  • Update supplier and customer databases
  • Assist with general administration, filing, copying, and record keeping
  • Check and record shipping provider invoices

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of vehicle parts and distribution processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
