About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Two Architectural Assistant to join our client's team in Yorkshire. As a Part Two Architectural Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and complex projects, gaining valuable experience and support for progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
  • Produce high-quality drawings and documentation
  • Collaborate with the design team to deliver innovative and creative designs
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and presentations
  • Work closely with the project manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • RIBA Part one and Two qualifications
  • Post-qualification experience working in a UK Architectural Practice
  • Well-versed in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Knowledge of planning and building regulations
  • Experience working on residential or care home projects of varying sizes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
