Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Technology and Design to lead our engineering team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing innovative GaN power products that will shape the future of electronics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Technology and Design team, overseeing all aspects of project management and technical advancements.
  • Spearhead the development of GaN power ICs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and product success.
  • Conduct in-depth feasibility studies and contribute significantly to product specifications, ensuring alignment with market demands and technological advancements.
  • Offer hands-on leadership in semiconductor device development, mentoring and guiding team members to achieve excellence.

Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Possess a Master's degree in an engineering or science discipline with a strong focus on semiconductor technology.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in semiconductor device development, particularly in power devices, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exhibit deep expertise in analog IC design, power semiconductors, or GaN devices, coupled with a thorough understanding of relevant industry standards and best practices.
  • Possess exceptional project management skills and a strategic mindset, capable of effectively leading and motivating diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership qualities, inspiring confidence and fostering a collaborative work environment.
