About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Systems Architecture to lead our growing team in developing innovative GaN Power Devices and ICs. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of power electronics and contribute to a sustainable energy future.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and technical direction to the Systems Architecture team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and other departments to define product requirements and specifications that meet market needs and customer expectations.
  • Drive the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to industry standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for emerging applications and technologies, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Analyze competitor products and benchmark performance, providing insights to inform product development strategies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in semiconductor device development and management, coupled with proven leadership experience in the power electronics industry.

  • Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in semiconductor device development and management, including product lifecycle management.
  • Deep understanding of power semiconductor technology and applications, with a focus on GaN devices.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving successful product development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
