Job Title: Lead Copy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and talented Lead Copy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for spearheading creative ideation and copywriting across campaign, marketing, scripting, and PR for our entire product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of copywriters and work closely with our Creative Director to bring our brand vision to life.
  • Write engaging and creative copy for all marketing campaigns, from tease to launch and repush.
  • Collaborate with our team to produce high-quality copy for VM displays, marketing presentations, scripting, and PR.
  • Maintain our brand tone of voice across all platforms and ensure all copy represents our brand DNA.
  • Present in meetings with key stakeholders on a weekly basis and work across multiple projects at once.
Requirements:
  • Strong copywriting skills with significant relevant experience in the beauty industry.
  • Proven experience of writing creative copy for campaigns and a sound grasp of our brand, voice, and aesthetic.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different copywriting needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a great relationship-building ability.
