GRAHAM Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SHE Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to project management teams on SHE matters.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and high-potential observations, ensuring lessons learned are communicated throughout the company.
- Deliver Asbestos Awareness training in accordance with UKATA guidelines.
- Be the main point of contact for completion of construction phase plans in line with UK/ROI legislation.
- Act as the focal point for liaising with statutory agencies.
- Prepare initial RAMS for client approval.
- Assist with responses to PQQ and bids.
- Liaise with client requirements, including joint audits and attending client SHE meetings.
- Validate and approve subcontractor SHEQ prequalification checks and onboarding.
- Complete site audits and inspections during periods of high-risk activities.
- Monitor updates to current legislation and guidance, providing advice on business unit impacts.
- Take a lead role in developing, maintaining, and delivering Health and Safety/Environmental compliance activities.
- Develop and maintain the company's Health and Safety management system, ensuring it aligns with ISO requirements.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SHE Manager with a strong background in health and safety, environmental management, and risk assessment. You will have a formal H&S qualification, such as a NEBOSH General Certificate, and hold a CSCS/CSR card. You will also have a detailed knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, including CDM and Asbestos regulations.
