Health and Safety Manager

MCS Group is seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive health and safety strategy for a leading household brand in Northern Ireland.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in shaping the company's health and safety culture and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a health and safety strategy that aligns with industry standards and promotes a positive safety culture.
- Manage the development of health and safety policies, procedures, and systems of work.
- Conduct risk assessments and lead the implementation of safe systems of work and control of hazardous substances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective health and safety management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
