About the Role
MEDICUS HEALTH PARTNERS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality primary healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth service delivery and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance, including quality and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to achieve practice goals and objectives.
- Manage and train administrative staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community groups, and patient representatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including data protection and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on practice performance, including financial and operational metrics.
Requirements
- 3 A Levels and ability to demonstrate an interest in healthcare.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Chrome.
- Experience of organizing meetings and training staff.
- Knowledge of primary healthcare and previous management experience.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
