About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional/Graphic Designer to join our team at FIND. As an Instructional/Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that captivate learners and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Learning Content: Create eLearning experiences using Articulate Rise and 360 that are visually appealing and effective in conveying complex information.
  • Develop Interactive Assessments: Build engaging quizzes, polls, and other fun assessment tools to make learning more interactive and measure success.
  • Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Ensure every module looks and functions flawlessly—checking for grammar, spelling, and overall awesomeness.
  • Bring Learning to Life: Use your creativity to bring learning to life from videos and PowerPoints to quick guides and study support materials.
  • Design Visual Materials: Use your wizardry with Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to turn concepts into captivating digital or print designs.
  • Align with Brand Guidelines: Make sure everything you create aligns with our brand voice, tone, and style—keeping it fresh and on point.

Requirements
  • Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your creative flair and expertise across digital and print platforms.
  • Experience with Articulate: Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline, bringing learning content to life like a pro.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)—you know these tools inside out
  • PowerPoint Mastery: Master of PowerPoint—you know all the tricks to create slick, custom presentations that impress.
