Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional/Graphic Designer to join our team at FIND. As an Instructional/Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that captivate learners and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Develop Learning Content: Create eLearning experiences using Articulate Rise and 360 that are visually appealing and effective in conveying complex information.
- Develop Interactive Assessments: Build engaging quizzes, polls, and other fun assessment tools to make learning more interactive and measure success.
- Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Ensure every module looks and functions flawlessly—checking for grammar, spelling, and overall awesomeness.
- Bring Learning to Life: Use your creativity to bring learning to life from videos and PowerPoints to quick guides and study support materials.
- Design Visual Materials: Use your wizardry with Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to turn concepts into captivating digital or print designs.
- Align with Brand Guidelines: Make sure everything you create aligns with our brand voice, tone, and style—keeping it fresh and on point.
