**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Plant Trainer/Assessor to join our team at Flannery Plant Hire. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-house plant training and assessment programs across our workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive induction training programs for new plant operators
  • Design and implement refresher training programs for existing and returning operators
  • Conduct regular observation checks to ensure operators are meeting safety and operational standards
  • Deliver regular toolbox talks and briefings to promote health and safety awareness
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety matters related to construction plant operations
  • Represent Flannery Plant Hire at relevant industry meetings and events
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop and improve training packages and materials
