Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Flow Controller to join our team in our warehouse. As a Flow Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring the flow of products and boxes from start to finish, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the flow of products and boxes through the warehouse
- Identify and escalate faults efficiently
- Work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the Dematic team, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
- Provide structured updates and attend meetings as required
- Train and mentor new recruits
- Assist with the creation of documentation for new processes and procedures
Requirements
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of SCADA software (desirable)
- Decision-making capabilities
- Experience working in an FMCG background in production, logistics, operations, or fulfillment center role
