About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flow Controller to join our team at Gousto. As a Flow Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, monitoring the flow of product and boxes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control the flow of product and boxes through the warehouse
  • Identify and escalate faults efficiently
  • Work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the Dematic team, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide structured updates and train new recruits

Requirements

  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of SCADA software (desirable)
  • Decision-making capabilities
  • Experience in an FMCG background in production, logistics, operations, or fulfilment centre role
