Job Summary
Gousto is seeking a skilled Flow Controller to join our team in a production environment. As a Flow Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring the flow of products and boxes from start to finish, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze production line performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the Dematic team, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize production flow
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide training and support to new recruits and colleagues
- Assist in the creation of documentation for new processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and practices
Requirements
- Computer literacy and experience with SCADA software (desirable)
- Decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of working in a production, logistics, or operations environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
