About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Flow Controller to join our team at Gousto. As a Flow Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, monitoring the flow of product and boxes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the flow of product and boxes through the warehouse
- Respond to automated system faults and ensure minimum downtime
- Work collaboratively with the Dematic team, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
- Identify and escalate faults efficiently
- Work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Provide structured updates and train new recruits
Requirements
- Computer literacy and knowledge of SCADA software (desirable)
- Decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an FMCG background in production, logistics, operations, or fulfillment center role
