About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industry Enablement Lead to join our WWFE team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enablement programs to strengthen selling capabilities and accelerate new hire sales readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver sales productivity programs
  • Advocate for the field and work to rally the organization around the voice of the field
  • Partner with business operations, sales leadership, and marketing teams to drive business impact

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience defining and implementing sales processes and procedures
  • Experience working in a high-growth, technology company
