We are committed to creating the future of media, leveraging technology to drive industry change. As a key player in the Out of Home media sector, we are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Construction Manager and Project Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key duties will include:

  • Providing reporting and analysis on activity and contract performance
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications, maps, and permits in a timely manner
  • Liaising with external contractors, obtaining quotes, and coordinating activities
  • Supporting local, regional, and national projects as required
  • Providing a full administrative function to the Construction department, including meeting organization, filing, and travel arrangements

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly organized and level-headed individual with excellent communication skills. As a true support role, you will be focused on ensuring the smooth operation of the Construction team. A positive nature and ability to build trusting relationships quickly are essential.
